These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sigma Seeds Australia website at sigmaseedsaustralia.com and the purchase of products through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

This website is operated by Sigma Association (ACT). References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Sigma Association.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or purchase products from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.

2. Products

All cannabis seeds sold by Sigma Seeds Australia are strictly for souvenir, adult novelty, and seed banking storage purposes only. We do not encourage or endorse the germination or cultivation of cannabis unless expressly permitted by the laws of your state or territory.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction regarding the possession, storage, and use of cannabis seeds. Sigma Association accepts no liability for any customer acting in contravention of applicable laws.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Returns

5. Germination Guarantee

Our germination guarantee terms are outlined in full on our Germination Guarantee page. Claims are only valid where the approved paper towel method has been followed correctly as described in our Seed Handling & Testing Guide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sigma Association and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sigma Association is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
