Shipping

All orders are shipped discreetly from within Australia. Every parcel includes full tracking so both you and Sigma Seeds Australia can monitor its progress at every stage. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are unable to take responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.

Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee your order will be delivered. If tracking confirms your parcel has not been delivered and your address was entered correctly, we will resend your order at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@sigmaseedsaustralia.com and we will investigate using the tracking information before arranging a resend.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns other than in two circumstances: non-delivery as outlined above, or a valid claim under our Germination Guarantee. All other sales are final.
