Our Policy on Quality & Germination
At Sigma, we take the quality of our seeds seriously. This is why our breeders routinely test the germination rates of all of our lines. Most of the time 90-100% of tested seeds germinate when the recommended germination technique is used.
In rare cases of a batch falling below these standards, the whole batch is discarded and replaced with new seeds from the same breeding line.

Seeds are living organisms and outcomes depend on correct handling and technique. Our guarantee reflects confidence in our process, not a promise that biology can always be controlled.
Our Germination Guarantee
Our germination guarantee is straightforward: if seeds from your order are found to be non-viable when our recommended method is followed, we will make it right.
Credit for Non-Viable Seeds
In your testing, if seeds are found to be non-viable when the recommended method is used, we may issue a credit or include additional seeds with your next order.
Full Order Support (Rare Cases)
If a complete order is affected beyond what is reasonable, we will consider a replacement or credit for the full order.
Fair Process
To resolve any claim, our support team may request details about how the seeds were stored and handled. This is not about assigning blame — it helps us identify whether the issue lies in the batch itself so that no future collector faces the same problem.
We prefer to be transparent and realistic with our customers, while still providing a premium level of care and support.
